Shipping Information
We ship orders via UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise specified.
Estimated transit times are as follows:
- East Coast: 5–6 business days
- Midwest: 6–8 business days
- West Coast: 8–10 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: 10–12 business days
Please note that these are estimated transit times and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For larger orders, we ship on pallets via UPS Freight or your carrier of choice.
Every order is individually hand-packed to ensure accuracy and quality. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (904) 358-3869 or emailing midnightjaxsun@gmail.com. We'll work quickly to make it right.
For orders valued at over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If shipping insurance is declined, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped.
